Bluestone Wales Recruitment Campaigns

As part of our activity with Bluestone Wales. We have created multiple campaigns to increase applications and staff volumes at the resort over the years, particularly in the run up to key periods to increase staff numbers in the run up to and during school summer holidays and Christmas. 

We have planned and implemented several multi-media campaigns with a local approach targeting audiences within a 30 minute commute time to the resort using out of home media and traditional radio for visibility and repetition.

This, combined with Bluestone’s own internal social media activity make for a strong campaign, resulting in the achievement of recruitment targets for key periods throughout the year.
