After successfully winning the tender to become the Hywel Dda Health Board (NHS Wales) advertising agency for recruitment, we were tasked with planning and relocation advertising campaign to attract applications from healthcare workers living in London.
Working in collaboration with the health board, we developed a strategy to reach out to people living in the city of London, showcasing the lifestyle they ‘could be’ living if they worked in West Wales.
With creative messages between friends living in polar opposite locations and clever bold text, showing beautiful scenic images of the coastlines surrounding West Wales, we deployed the campaign across cities using transport media. This included bus for geographical coverage and large format walkway and cross-track billboards in Key commuter stations of the London underground.
